The Rockford Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals is pleased to announce the celebration of Philanthropy Day 2019: A Community of Giving, sponsored by SwedishAmerican, a Division of UW Health.

National Philanthropy Day® (NPD) is a special day set aside in November to recognize the great contributions of philanthropy–and those people active in the philanthropic community–to the enrichment of our world. First held in 1986, NPD celebrates the endless daily contributions individuals and organizations across the world make to countless causes and missions.

On National Philanthropy Day, we celebrate the extraordinary change that fundraising and philanthropy have created to help change our world. This begins right here at home, and our community is exceptional. Through our 2019 theme, A Community of Giving, we will celebrate the collective impact nonprofits in the Rockford region.

This is your opportunity as a nonprofit professional to share your mission with others. We want to know what you want others to know about who you are, what you do and what your incredible impact is on all of us. Please click the link below for more information and to share your story!
