AI is the buzz right now. Will a robot write your next donor appeals? Is AI going to replace us? How can we actually use this stuff as fundraisers? We’ll answer these key questions, review the landscape of artificial intelligence, new innovations, and how it could help us in donor engagement. Get ready to get interactive. We’ll ask an AI some fundraising questions, share examples of AI-based personalization, and explore ways to effectively harness new technology. And, we’ll cover some key ethical concerns as we look to use these emerging tools to reach out to donors in an inclusive, just and forward-thinking way.
