Beloit Public Library Foundation, Inc. is seeking an experienced and energetic fundraising professional who can implement creative concepts and lead the strategy, development, and implementation of its goals as its Executive Director.

As the Executive Director, you will strengthen existing relationships with Foundation stakeholders, as well as establish new relationships within the community to grow the Foundation’s endowment.

The main focus of this position is donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. You will lead and implement the annual giving program and other special fundraising events. The scope of the work includes management and execution of the annual fund, as well as major and capital fundraising, planned giving opportunities, and foundation growth.

The position requires fundraising experience with proven results; the ability to manage multiple development tasks independently; and the ability to meet the transportation requirements of the position. This position is 20 hours per week at $25 per hour. Hours are flexible with remote work-from-home solutions possible.
